I can't really say anything negative as the hoover is so great I would say it's a little hard to use at first due to the suction being so strong but you get used to it. Ita nit a negative.

Not many but an added benefit would be an on and off switch near where the attachment is. The emptying is a bit awkward because dust escapes from the collecting container. I would highly recommend and give it 5 stars.

I've owned a few Dyson hoovers over the years and they never fail to impress on the new technology and design they import into each new model and this is no exception! Out of the well packaged box the Hoover needs a couple of minutes to set up and work...

A bag for all the attachments would have been good to keep everything together. The power and cord retract buttons are meant to be foot operated, they probably are designed to be sturdy enough but in appearance they look a touch fragile.

Quite noisy!

A large variety of tools, good suction, compact design, automatic cord rewind, easy to empty, improved combination tool compared to previous dyson designs. Good turbine head which could only be improved by being a little wider and being tangle free.

Hose is too short to clean a standard staircase without taking the vacuum up the stairs with you. An extension hose would be nice. Cord could be another meter longer, pneumatic floor tool needs to be more effective on hair pick up.
