Effective, great price.

 

Heats up quickly, produces a good amount of steam, does a good job on mulitlpe floor types, comes with two cleaning pads.

Wish it had an on off switch, would have been nice if it came with the small triangle head as well.

Wish I could

 

I would love to be able to rate this item, but I did not get the Shark advertised. I spent an hour on online 'hold' despite the average wait time stated never exceeded 20 minutes. Then the customer service rep said they would forward the problem. Well,...

Very Disappointed

 

Not going to trust sharp anymore. Specially the CEO is doing the commercial and promising how good his mop was. Just a lie.

It just can clean the floor vs. the regular mop in a single pass.

Bought one after watched a TV commercial. It is finally broken just after one year. I hardly use it for more than 20 times. First time the hot water plastic tube inside the mop was broken and I fixed it. The second time just simply not getting hot...

Item not packed well!

 

I hope it works and all the parts are in the box. Never had anything like this happen before from Newegg! This review should not be denied. It should cause some concerns about package protection.

Fast Shipping

Bought this for a gift. Unit was in original store shelve package and not protected in another box. Covered in large amounts of tape and looked like it was thrown around the inside of UPS truck.

Can't get parts

 

I am going to look locally for a substitute hose because we actually really like the steam mop. Their customer service needs some improvement though.

Cleans floor well. Gets very hot.

Hard for my wife to push. Have to continually pump it. Internal hose on pump burst and Shark will not send another one. they say I need to send to them to repair.

Good Product

 

Light and easy to use. Excellent steam production. Cleans tile, slate and vinyl beautifully. Not yet used on wood.

Meh...

 

When our floormate broke we thought we'd try the Shark steamer. Needless to say we now have a new floormate and couldn't be happier. We have a Shark sweeper and it works great!

Uses plain water - NO chemicals!

pump, Pump, PUMP the handle to keep the steam going. If you have carpel tunnel this may irritate your condition. Cleaning was just so so on my hardwood floors. Thought floor looked clean until we looked and our baby daughters dingy socks. Leading edge...
