The machine does everything I need it to do. It is a nice light weight.

It would have been better if the handle had a locking system when not in use fpr easier storage.

Heats up very quickly, good length of cord, works great, lightweight

Cord comes out of the bottom part of the machine so more likely to drag along the ground than if at the top... but not a deal breaker!

Easy to use

Doesn't seem to get very hot and to clean floor takes lots of effort. Head cover already wearing thin after 3 uses.

It blocks if you don't have distils water

Easy to use efficient gets the job done

Quick to heat up and does the job well. The floor dries so much quicker than with the old hand mop. Overall I am very pleased.

The water container seems to require refilling quite often. I wish the cable was a few inches longer so I could use it without an extension!
