To address the "Con" reviews first, for people with water softeners or people who grind their own coffee extra fine, there is a flow restrictor FREE from Bunn that prevents the water overflowing the filter paper cup. For the people that mention that...

I've had this coffeemaker, in service, for about a year. (This machine has a three year warranty.) After a few weeks of (yeah) crap coffee, I inspected the unit. Seems that a prior customer had purchased it and stolen the *spray head* out of it. ...
