A bitter brew from Keurig's K75 Premium brewer

 

Keurig's flagship K-cup machine came in last in our single-serve brewer taste tests.

Keurig makes it easy to brew a quick cup of coffee with the K75.

We found the K75's brew bitter-tasting and watery compared with its competition.

With too many better brewers out there in the same price range, it’s hard to recommend the Keurig K75 Platinum.

I normally go for cheap, but...

 

It is programmable! The temp, on/off schedule, portion size can all be determined by a simple menu. It also heats up and makes the coffee fairly quickly

A brief power outage will cause it to forget all the stuff you programmed it to do! Not very easy to clean (use vinegar once a year or so to really clean it). It cannot easily be used to just make hot water because coffee grit/residue keeps getting...

I use a 16oz travel mug for work and when I use the 120z setting the coffee is to watered down. I had been going with the 10oz for a better cup of coffee but I miss getting a full mug full of coffee. Lately I have been brewing and 8oz and a 6oz back to...

Large reservoir for multiple cups of coffee Very easy to use Several different settings for different size cups. Programmable

The only gripe I have is at the highest cup setting 12oz, the coffee is pretty watered down for my taste. I usually use the 10oz which is about perfect. See other thoughts

By the time I've written this review, the product has worked as intended, without hic-up. It's a reliable machine and that's a great thing. I mainly use this for brewing quick cups of tea. I can tell you right now that the tea options are decent but...
