Badly manufactured. Repairs take months. Grinder burns coffee.

 

This machine spent more time in repair than making coffee. A return under warranty, which was required because it needed replacement parts, took two months and I had to pay the shipping and handling. Krups said they were overwhelmed with repairs and...

All in one with burr grinder. Not sure if that counts as a pro

Grinder constantly jammed. Reservoir leaked badly. Most buttons quickly failed. Hard

Great while it worked -- terrible customer service

 

Like many others, I thought this brewed some of the best coffee I've had. Then the coffee maker came toward the end of its warranty... I took in for repair as instructed by Krups, and got it back in worse condition than before. I contacted the repair...

Makes the Best coffee we've had in a long time.

 

I love this machine. It is a bit messy, but it's ok, because it makes a delicious pot of coffee. My sister enjoyedthe coffee so much when she visited that she bought the same maker.

Warranty replacement also stopped working

 

I bought this and after 8 months element stopped working. At my expense, shipped it to Downers Grove, IL and a new one was shipped back. 9 months later, this one stopped working. This is the end of the line for any Krups product.

When it works, the coffee is good

This coffee machine does not last a year

Is this the same machine the others tryed? LOVE IT

 

Bought for a gift for picky hubby's birthday.  Set it up the night before as a surprise.  It was a little difficult to figure out at first (but it was midnight - in my pj's - half asleep) But it worked great right from the start.  Made one adjustment...

Easy and fast.  Makes great coffee

Looks like a batch plant.  (onsite cement maker for const site) So what. It's great
