Good when it works

 

The warming plate on the first pot stopped within just a couple days of purchase. Exchanged it for a second pot. Although the warming pot is still coming on it won't stay on for long. If you don't pour your cup soon after it brews it gets cold quickly....

Great tasting coffee. Lots of features.

Not worth the money

 

So not worth the money, very slow brewing time. I expected it to be much faster. I'll continue using my keurig over this machine!!

Love the options

 

I am headed out to the store to find a bottle brush that will fit down the neck of the glass pot. I wash after each use with dish soap and water, but it is discolored and looks nasty. I do not leave coffee sitting in the pot. I have only had this...

I love that I can easily make a large cup of coffee and no pods!

Cleaning the pot is difficult
