AKG K 518 LE: günstiger Allround-Kopfhörer zum Aufsetzen

Wer auf der Suche nach ordentlichem Sound für unterwegs ist, braucht einen anständigen MP3-Player und etwas, was die Musik wiedergibt. Tragbare Boxen fallen hier meist aus - schließlich hat der gemeine U-Bahn-Mitfahrer einen anderen Musikgeschmack....

stylisches, aber nicht übertriebenes Design ; stabiler Sitz auf dem Kopf ; ausgeglichene Audiowiedergabe

nicht jeder findet diesen Kopfhörer bequem ; manche Songs klingen unklar

Der AKG K518 LE ist ein hervorragender Kopfhörer zu einem fairen Preis. Damit eignet er sich ideal für den Durchschnittshörer, der keine Stöpsel im Ohr mag.

Harmann not AKG quality

I got the AKG 518 in exchange for my trusty AKG 451s which developed a fault and are no longer supported. I thought the 518 would be the closest match in performance for the price, how wrong could I be. They are obviously built to a lesser standard...

At £24 these are a pretty good purchase, the sound quality compares well with AKG phones still retailing at £50. However - curiously - the headband is tight for an adult male head, making them uncomfortable compared with other phones. Presumably this...

Very bass-heavy sound - to the detriment of treble and middle

Bought to use with guitar amp for practice in house but have to adjust all tone controls due to the bass-heavy sound from these. Cannot wear for more than 5 minutes at a time because they are so tight! I have tried to stretch these as much as possible...

Very tight fit

Excellent all round apart from fit, they are very tight and inflexible, I tried on two occasions to use them and each time session lasted 30 minutes. Hurt my ears. My grandaughter now has them.
