The build quality is just as good as the in-box looks - in fact everything about the AH-C751's feels heavy duty. All too often expensive earphones sound good, but come with thin, insubstantial cabling. Those Grado SR325is come to mind, as do Ultimate...

Don't consider them a choice for your workouts, but for seriously impressive sound quality without being full-sized headphones, the AH-C751s are practically unrivalled.

Terrific sound quality ; Booming bass ; Good accessories ; Decent price

Heavy ; Not suitable for use at the gym ; Quite large

If you want a slightly rawer, meatier sound, do consider the SE420s -- with twin drivers in each ear, they're capable of giving you more impact, though you'll sacrifice the absolute crystalline clarity of the C751's treble and bass.

These are top level in ears! They sound really really good and the soundstage roomy. Detail separation and bass are great and can be compared with expensive full-size headphones in my opinion (i've owned various full-size cups as AKG K271 S, Sennheiser...

I think that the Denon AH-C751 are a great set of headphones. A touch uncomfortable at first (at least in my ears) however these in ear headphones do a wonderful job of covering the whole audio spectrum. Can't recommend them enough.

Beautiful bass ; Terrific highs ; Great sound overall ; You get what you pay for

It took a while for my ears to adjust to there design, however I'd say this is a common issue with all in ear headphones
