In order to install the S11, your regular phone handset and cord has to be unplugged and the S11 connects to the phone. Your handset then plugs into the S11 and is placed on the phone cradle. To use the S11 you have to pick up the phone handset, lay it...

Simple yet rock solid

 

Rock solid headset system! I've tested many different headset systems and the S11 just works. Used them with Cisco, 3Com, and Avaya phones in three companies so far

Cord connecting to the system to the phone could be about a foot longer. Hate having to buy extra cords to make it easier for us to use the S11s

Not worth it

 

Did not work out - all settings produced feedback on the line. I recommend making a bigger investment - I purchased a more expensive Plantronics model and have no issues whatsoever.

Poor Product

 

I don't like this Product at all there is no way to disconnect the call and the product always stay's in mute. The other people can't hear even do I don't have the mute button on. I have to keep picking up the handset to talk. I wouldn't recommend this...

We have one of these headsets in our office and it works great, no problems at all. I'm going to buy another one now since we are getting busier and I need my hands for the computer.

Tried it out in our call center and it just never worked that way it should. Transmit is fine. The problem is the reception. It sounds like the other person is speaking through a tube. It has numerous settings, but no combination would produce good...
