Not really a con, but more of an annoyance, Bluetooth receiver/transmitter is in the base station, not the headset. keep your Bluetooth device within the Bluetooth radius of the base station.

Poor battery life for call center use. If you are on the headset all of the time the battery only lasts 4 hours. It will fully re-charge in about an hour, but if you dont have a full hour it wont get you through the rest of the day.

The Bluetooth connection for this is through the base station so I can't take the headset with me when I have to travel about the campus on tech calls. I have to switch over to my other BT headset when leave the office.
