Disconnects are Old Bluetooth Driver Problem

 

I had the same complaints as others when I first received this keyboard. Search with 'bluetooth AND broadcom AND update' and select 'Download' page for the HUGE updated driver which supports ALL modern devices - keyboards, mice/trackballs, speakers,...

Works with iPad

 

A co-worker bought this, not realizing it was bluetooth. Rather than return it, I glommed on to it... Works great for my iPad.

Fantastic keyboard

 

I was looking for a permanent solution for a tablet PC. This keyboard is almost perfect. The keys have great responsiveness and feel solid. I've have not experienced any connection issues at all. The keyboard wakes as it should and i have not suffered...

DON'T BUY

 

I have had this blue tooth keyboard for over a year and love the way it works WHEN IT WORKS, It disconnects all by itself and I must go through the entire procedure of pairing it again. It used to happen once in a while but now that the warrantee is up...

I would normally say your wrong about Sony, and defend them but with this product i can not. The keyboard works intermittently, and disconnects several times a day.

I do not recommend buying this keyboard. I got it because I love the feel of sony keyboards, so I got it to use with a new Dell Vostro 3500 running Windows 7

The worst product I own from Sony

 

I tried using this keyboard with 2 different computers (one with built-in bluetooth dongle and second PC with external USB dongle) and this keybord keeps disconnecting, doesn't wake up from sleep mode, and worst of all hangs and repeats random keys. In...

Good purchase but product should be improved

 

love it when it works, but sometimes must restart Vaio laptop to get it to reconnect.

Trouble in Sleep Mode

 

I love the design of the keyboard and it works great with one exception, when it goes to sleep it takes a few seconds to wake up. This can be extremely disruptive to your work flow.
