Atari Flashback 2 review: Atari Flashback 2

Atari Flashback 2

It's just like the old days: the Atari Flashback 2 is an homage to the original Atari 2600 game console, with 40 built-in retro classics from gaming's early days. The entire system costs less than most current PC and console games, and it includes two...

It's just like the old days: most of the titles suffer from simplistic and repetitive gameplay, and the graphics are downright rudimentary. Also, most titles are available in retro compilations you can get for PCs and consoles.

The Atari Flashback 2 delivers a genuine Atari 2600 retro gaming experience at an unbeatable price.

Atari Flashback 2

Forty games and endless, sometimes nostalgic, electronic fun can be yours for under $30.

Affordable. A faithful, loving rendering of the original Atari 2600. Forty games and multiple levels.

Some programming bugs in games. Useless monochrome mode.

Success

Perfectly emulates the Atari 2600 with "modern" electronics. My friend had a nostalgic blast using this

I didn't buy one for myself

"How it is, and how it should be."

Not sure whether its worth the price, but it is a piece of modern era classics. And, yes in pros: is a full list of games. Make the choice yourself. Bought this for my son that has a low age requirement and doesn't know what Atari was. :)

ADVENTURE TERRITORY 1.Adventure 2.Adventure II 3.Haunted House 4.Return To Haunted House 5.Secret Quest 6.Wizard ARCADE FAVORITES 7.Acade Asteroids 8.Arcade Pong 9.Asteroids Deluxe 10.Battlezone 11.Centipede 12.Lunar Lander 13.Millipede 14.Missle...

game only conects with RCA plugs, and cords are fairly short. Other than this does what its made for. Did notice on some games that use to be raipid firing when holding button didn't do so but others did. And comeon ATARI why didnt you include titles...
