Engineered to fail

 

I bought two Mintek DVD players within about a month of each other. Model 1500 and Model 1600. First it was the 1600 that failed after about a year, no sound and the play was jumpy. So I go out to my living room to get the model 1500 which I didn't use...

Remote was OK

You have to throw them away after about a year, engineered to fail.
