Unless you are using the monitor for programs like Quark, PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign or any other program with menus like that all the time. (You shouldn't be color correcting in PhotoShop with an LCD, CRT is better for that) It's shorter than a...

Very sharp at full resolution, games reacted very well to it. No ghosting. Very bright

DVI cable is hard and tight to install, short cable too. Only 4ft long. Very blurry at lower resolutions. 1280x764 is very poor and blurry. 1380x768 is okay. Poor resolution at lower settings gave it a 4

Awesome

 

I actually bought this from an office max in town, but i love newegg and i wanted to review this great monitor! I love that you can switch from your two inputs buy just hitting a few buttons (vga(my x360) and dvi(my comp)).

This thing is great. It has both dvi and vga. I have a vga cable for my xbox 360 so i have it plugged in to that and my computer in the dvi input at the same time. Works great for both, looks beautiful for both

Other than the DVI connection this monitor is easy to install and it's true plug and play. Make sure you have a video card that can support 1440x900 (if your card supports anything above that you should be good to go). At first the monitor will auto...

WOW!!!

 

Very happy, Im thinking about buying 3 more to make a Hex system. That would be so kool with these 19" widescreen monitors.

WIDESCREEN ; Very thin ; no dead pixles ; I ordered 3 of these monitors and love them only had one problem... See below

When I was installing them I had some software problems but realy it was not because of the monitor it was because of my video cards. It caused some blury images. So realy there is no cons for this product

Worth the money.

 

Using a 17in CRT for the past 5 years, I thought it was time for an upgrade. And what an great upgrade this monitor ended up to be. I use the computer everyday, from photo and video editing, web, music, and of course games. In the gaming department...

NO DEAD PIXILS! Fast no ghosting. Color looks great

Read this before buying

 

There's a reason this monitor is so inexpensive: it's of very poor quality. Maybe I got a bad sample of this model, but if my experience can be used as a guide, don't waste your money. I'll never buy an off-brand monitor again. Caveat emptor.

Inexpensive, nice looking case, adjustable stand

Extremely inconsistent brightness from top to bottom resulting in horizontal bands of light and dark. Tried different cables, different computer, HD15 vs. DVI input - no help. Furthermore, the monitor is SLOW during games. There's no way this is a 4ms...

This is a terrific monitor for games and media. I wouldn't recommend it for photo or video editing though. The contrast is too high, and shadows are generally blurred. A more muted CCFL-LCD monitor with IPS panel might be more suitable for multimedia...
