Good monitor, but not refurbished as described

 

I have no problems with the monitor itself - in fact, it is great for what it is. However, it was described as "refurbished" but when I received it, it is clearly "USED". Not really cleaned up at all - it had a lease sticker on it as well as a property...

Good quality, economical price, bright. Makes a great side monitor for a 2-display setup without taking up too much desktop space.

VGA only, smaller size (by today's standards) - not a good choice for a primary display.

Not Bad for the money

 

I am using it as a tv screen. Colors are not great but, for the money i think I got what i paid for.

Love it so far!

 

Great picture makes everything larger and MUCH easier for me to work in Publisher, Photoshop etc...! Seems to be just what I was looking for!

Why does everyone think that a wide-screen monitor is so great? I do a lot of writing and website development with my PC (or laptop, in my case), and having to keep scrolling up and down to get to text that I need to edit is a pain. I hooked this nice...

They look good too

For the price you cannot beat these, have sold these to anyone who wants a 19" square monitor until DVI was more prevalent, The HP DVI version evidently has issues

I have nothing bad to say about this monitor. It is absolutely great. I do not like the wide screen setup, this is really great.

Great Monitor

 

If you need a really good, relatively low priced monitor I'd highly recommend this one.

Great for business applications and those who DON'T want a wide screen. Good contrast and brightness. Seems well built. No dead pixels or any other issues ; Worked perfect with Win7 64, Vista32 and XP. It was inexpensive

Not the highest resolution out there but I did not want to go higher than 1280x1024 which is its native resolution. It also is not a wide screen montior but I did not want a wide screen, just a standard one. For these reasons this monitor was perfect...

Good, servicable monitor

 

I bought this monitor for presumed HP reliability---I've never had a monitor last much past the warranty expiry date. BTW, "D-sub connectors" (as shown in the specs) are VGAs.

Good monitor for the price. Just plug it in and off it goes--the auto-adjustment software was already loaded, I didn't have to adjust a thing

Colors are not as "vibrant" as some other monitors I've had. Like all HP monitors I've seen, the color gray has a yellow tinge

Good for general purpose.

This is the second one of these that I have purchased. The first one is still going after a year so far. These seem big for the advertised size
