THIS IS NOT A CRITICISM. 17" is not as big as it used to be... LOL... with the onset of 19", 21", 22" 24" and larger flat panel/LCD monitor screens, it all makes 17" screens seem like the forgotten younger sibling... but no worries... it is still a...

The monitor is great. Simple clean design. Easy to set up. No issues with image or color. Took it out of the box, set it up, plugged it in, and VOILA... it works like a charm

All around great cheap screen. You get more than what you paid with this.

Came working great right out of the box. I've had this for about 5 months now and haven't had a dead pixel or any other problems. For the price this is amazing

Sound is OK but I didn't buy it for the speakers

Used as a monitor alone, it's great.

Nice bright screen, good clarity. Not too tall on the stand, not too thick. Don't take the long "cons" paragraph that seriously, It's only long so that I can explain

Only one cluster of 4 pixel anomalies it may be reparable, but I'm not brave enough to poke my screen. I didn't realize this monitor had speakers, I don't use them. If you hope the built in speakers will suffice, you are probably wrong. If you plan on...

We ordered 20 of these and they were shipped immediately. We are using all of them in our organization and have had no problems at all. Everyone is very pleased with the screen quality on these

Great Home Office LCD

 

I know some folks have given this monitor a lower or even a bad rating because its not that great for gaming, but it did ok. I tested it out playing some Half-Life 2, Crysis, Left 4 Dead, and Fallout 3 before I hooked it to the home office machine, and...

Good picture, no dead pixels, very easy installation. Great entry level monitor for home or professional office use

Good CRT replacement

 

Overall a good value for basic computers. Good choice for saving lots of space on the desktop.

Good color, no dead pixels, simple installation. Screen is large enough to make a decent replacement for an aging 17" CRT while taking up a lot less space

No DVI so not the best choice for gamers or digital (HD) video. Older people will not like the native resolution as it makes things just a bit too small, but you can correct for some of that in Windows. Speakers are weak and lack a dedicated volume...
