Good value for a great monitor

 

In reading the other reviews I noticed concern about the cable length. I found the 5 foot cables adequate for my installation although a little longer would have been nice. My Samsung LCD came with 6 foot cables. My second concern was warranty support...

None really. No dead pixels although I do have one that sticks on red occasionally. Since it's in the lower right corner of the screen, it's not a problem

very nice monitor. all images and games look great, no lagging. nice colors and sharpness, just adjust your settings the way you want them and you're good to go. I love this 19" screen, and very good price. Newegg rocks

So far so good

 

Inexpensive, Bright, solid stand.

Not a big deal but on here and on box its labeled HX-192RPB however it is labled HX-192D on actual monitor.

still going strong - a followup review

 

just ordered a 2nd one.

I had gotten this back in May and posted a good review about it in June. 6 months later and theres still no dead or stuck pixels, no ghosting, or any other problems with it. despite the fact its on every day for 5-15 hours

I can only notice the dead pixel when the screen is black. Do not count on the speakers in this monitor for your sound. Not loud at all and very 'tinny'. Whaddya expect for integrated speakers?

Beautiful display. Excellent for FPS gaming, no ghosting at all. DVD's look good. It's big and bright

Ok, i've only used it for like 2 weeks and its already broken down on me, it does it every time i turn it off and unplug the power cord... I believe the AUTO button is stuck... I also found 1 pixel that is stuck in the middle

GREAT MONITOR :)

 

I got it free! (Birthday present. ^_^) Which makes this much better, haha... I'm considering buying another for when I start college for 2X work space...

DVI + VGA, included cables, HUGE!! Cheap, 2ms... WORTH BUYING!! (And get some better speakers)

Speakers, they are the crud.. :( I'm no where near an audiophile or whatever they are, and i can definately tell a decrease in speaker quality just by playing music, and it does wobble sorta easilly

Buyer, Beware!

 

All I can say is, "Buyer, beware!" If you buy a Hanns-G and have a problem with it, pray they're there for you. They weren't for me!

The Monitor, itself, is incredible!!! It's Hanns-G's tech support you better worry about

I purchased 2 of these monitors in February. The DVI port fried in one of them in June. I sent it to Hanns for repair. They returned it, without fixing it! Worse, it was returned with a scratch on the screen that wasn't there before! I have sent...
