Not bad for a prebuilt

 

Bought this for the spouse so she would keep of all of my PCs. I was too busy at the time to build her one.

I didn't have to put anything together ; Has everything already needed out of the box to hand to the wife so she has her own PC

Lasted a few years then the PSU started to fail. pulled it and replaced it but the damage had been done. the motherboard failed a month later. Replaced the motherboard with one off this site for 23 bucks

m3400-u2052 review

 

screen goes black..error message"Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" then screen will go checkered in different colors. Desktop has did this15 times in 3 days. Tryed updating video, monitor and chipset drivers all with no luck....

Advice to Acer: Test the dang thing before packing it in the box.

Would not boot 1st time. Windows could not find the hard drive. I opened ; The case to find the power was not connected to the hard drive (that's ghetto). Then when I powered up there was no driver for the Ethernet controller (equally ghetto). Any...

Great Deal

 

I can't build it this cheap with quality parts. It runs nice and cool, very quiet compared to some of my rigs. I sometimes forget it's on, and reach down only to see the glowing lights!

Out of the box, it was great. Runs really quick. On day to day tasks it's as fast as a rig I built with a Phenom II X4 965. It's not breaking any benchmark records, but it plays games well and is incredible for multitasking CS5 and M$ Office 2010

None yet. There's no room for expansion really, but it's good enough as-is

Fast, extremely silent. For the money it is faster than any other computer I've seen. Plays games with high graphic requirements nicely

Poor Quality Control...You think that they would at least plug the machine in to see if it works before they send it out!

I highly recommend it. in my opinion it is a great computer and reasonably priced.

Fast, compact, easy to use, great graphics. I really like this one. has everything i wanted and then some

no esata port and it was not so easy to remove the plate to put an esata braket in

Not Happy!

 

New Egg was very helpful in RMAing first machine. Hope not to have to Rma again.

Sure looks pretty

First machine had to send back-would'nt load windows ; Second machine arrived- did the same thing. Currently waiting for recovery disk from maker

First new computer in 8 years

 

Reason for buying ACER was mainly in part because I made a ACER laptop purchase locally. Had to call CS once or twice, received EXCELLENT help, quick and accurate. Now, that department has moved out of U.S. or somewhere and I just could not understand...

Very FAST! 2.8 does its job and does it very quietly. First boot up, thought it was DOA because I couldn't hear it until the monitor lit up! Still looking @ bells and whistles, but really like this computer! Didn't have any problems loading files from...

NO OWNERS MANUAL! There is included in the software a file called, "Owners Guide" which IMO, is useless. After calling CS and asking about it was informed there isn't any thing other that what I've already mentioned. There is only 1 pci slot, but knew...
