Won't buy Asus again!

 

Lenovo is a brand I haven't had problems with and yes I have owned it quite a while, in fact over 3 years! No problems at all!

It was great while it worked! We bought 9/2014 and 5/2015 it breaks. The video card fan went bad. This was a refurb from new egg and the fan on the video card is bad. there is only a 90 day warranty. Had to fix it since it was out of warranty. Got it...

Read under pros. Video card fan broke before the one year mark. I have never had a video card fan break that quick. less than one year. Won't buy asus again

Failed Video Card

 

By the year end of owning this machine, the video card had died. The monitor would suddenly go into sleep mode when even in the BIOS and boot process. ASUS customer support gladly took it back in and replaced the card free of charge, though it cost us...

Don't do it!

 

I have 3 ASUS tablets, and the RT-AC68R router, but I seriously doubt I will EVER purchase (or recommend) another ASUS PC.

I'm happy when it works

Sent in for repairs for the third time in a year. The graphics card was replaced twice, but it feels like a stopgap until my warranty runs out

amazing pc

 

needs a windows 7 option its way faster on this computer.

Very quiet mine makes no noise at all. high speed i can play all the top of the line games/simulators maxed out gfx with no problems. 300fps. i have windows 7 installed on this machine and its amazing. windows 8 would not play games or simulators well

no eject button on burner have to eject via the menu and has windows 8 installed. easy switch to windows 7 ultimate. have to download windows 7 drivers by looking up the mother board drivers. that's the only pain but way worth it

I do not actual own this item yet, but I love ASUS and can only imagine that this computer will rock as well. I just have a question: Since there are no images of the inside of the tower, it is hard to get a read on how many various card slots are open...
