Has Lasted almost 3 years now ; Partition on hard drive so if you want to format OS stays ; Cheap

Not very upgrade friendly ; Driver issue with my monitor that is still not fix and Microsoft is no help

Unbeatable value

 

I was reluctant to buy a Compaq at first- the last one I used was underpowered and crashed constantly. However, it's been eight years. Their build quality has improved dramatically, and this PC has yet to crash on me. I had to get a new computer when...

Generous RAM, huge hard drive, fast processor, incredible bang-to-buck ratio, runs intensive hardware without any qualms, non-proprietary parts, easily outperforms a $700 machine with a new graphics card

Weak graphics, but this is it's only weakness. A Radeon HD 3650 costs roughly $30, though, so it's hardly a dealbreaker. There are only two SATA slots on the motherboard

newegg RULES!!!

 

i reccomend upgrading from the onboard video. It will increase speed and productivity not to mention it will game much better as long as you get a 512 or higher vid card.

now the guy under me was saying that newegg is not as good as he had hoped.... WELL YOURE DEAD WRONG!!! newegg has the best prices and product choices ive seen anywhere. Now back to the computer this is a pretty sturdy desktop for the usual home/home...

A little more than OEM

 

i do have to say get a power supply if you want anything better than mine

this to good for the price i love this computer it has a very fast processor 3 gigs of ram a decent motherboard the graphics geforce 6150 SE is ok not for gaming except for sims age of empires and every thin including call of duty 4 on the lowest settings

need a graphics card for gaming i have geforce 9500gt play anything on high or crysis on medium perfectlly really a 600$ rig can be a good gaming systiom get this

Fair Price, good computer!

 

Would recommend to others, especially if you can get it on sale.

Was cheap for all the hardware that came in it, and Staples had a sale for $300 ... but that was short-lived. A great computer, none the less

Off-brand hardware, but it all works great together
