We needed a computer with XP and bought this one. It looks good outside. Works like new. Even inside it is nice and clean. No complains.But I would not call it small form factor. It is quite big. Just slimmer than a tower.

Operating system failed to restart after the first updates and finally had to be reinstalled with update to bios. Video and audio drivers missing. After a lot of work now working like a dream.
