Having the PC Gateway DX4375-UR22 for a week now I have run into several problems. The main problem is that the Gateway website is no help, never could find what information I was looking for ; I use a service for help in talking to Gateway Tech...

cannot install second internal drive., switching sound devices very difficult., blue ray internal will not work., wifi (usb) mouse difficult to work keeps stopping

Perfectly Adequate

 

You can't build this PC for the price (249.99 including windows 8.1)...that said some of the components show the cost cutting. Still a great buy!

I bought this as an inexpensive starter computer for my kids. You couldn't build it for the price. Given that the primary tasks are some online classes (no webcam included) research, and writing/typing this was perfect. The APU is adequate for all of...

The included Acer Bloatware is annoying and somewhere there is a program constantly telling me to reinstall it after I removed it...aargh

Good desktop

 

Newegg lowered price twice since I bought mine, from $289 to $279 and now $249. Got a $10 gift card after the first price break.

If you want a speedy, basic desktop this is a great value. Handles all my programs fast (not a gamer or big data user). Moved up from old but upgraded Dell Dimension 5150 which had gotten very slow

Downgraded from WIndows 8 to Windows 7. Found drivers for all but the card reader. Can't find any product documentation to help me find a driver
