HP 280 G2 SFF

Compact, sits on a shelf in my home office. Really simple to set up and get connected to our home network. I wasn't expecting the keyboard and mouse that were included, so I now have spares!

Took a longtime to update Windows 10.

Very cheap and with a WIndows 10 Pro license included, 1TB drive and 8GB of RAM, price is very good for what you get and for the future options, since it comes with a 6th Generation Intel socket and DDR4 ram.

No software included, had to contact HP to get it sent by post, which they did without issue. The motherboard in this particular model has only 2 SATA ports, so no extra drives can be connected unless the DVD is disconnected.

Complicated as it replaces my very old desktop but it seems to react very quickly and I am sure I will get the better of it!

All the preloaded Apps that I cannot delete and will never have a use for.

Windows 10 Pro 64bit pre-installed.

Needed to add another 4Mb of memory.

Compact desktop PC, with a great deal of memory and speed for the money

Noise from fan is louder than expected.
