No os, comes with a pseudo Vista disk, which sucks, but it is a good trade for 8 gigs of memory,. Eventually will crossfire, but gaming is good right now. All games play at highest, except for Crysis, which havn't had time to try yet

Computer performs way better than I had anticipated. I play WoW and can now max out all video preferences with all effects and still get 35+ fps. I can reduce a tiny bit to get back up to 60, but it definitely makes gameplay more worthwhile with no lag
