it's nice looking and you can't really go wrong with the setting up. it is rather clean and easy when connecting to the internet.

it takes a while to set up ready for use after every time you turn it on and it can be stubborn when it comes to in-putting new software. also the mouse that came with it is all ready on it's way out.

is adequate for the job at the right price

would of been nice to get some free software

Refurbish is actually all as new - stable and fast enough for me - excellent value for money.

Graphics steals lots of memory, which was expected, but cannot upgrade RAM by using the two 'spare' memory slots so have to upgrade by replacing the fitted memory.
