Reliable 1080p and 1440p gaming performance ; Premium case with RGB lighting ; Quiet fans ; Useful expansion room

Need to catch this model on sale (or at Best Buy) for best value ; No front USB-C port

Lenovo’s Legion 5i Tower Gen 8 gaming desktop impresses on features and performance, but you'll want to look for this budget tower discounted from list price.

Lenovo Legion Tower 5i (2021) review

Purpose built for entry level PC gaming

Solid 1080p Performance ; Great For Esports ; Easily Upgradable ; Affordable

Entry level model GPU lacks ray tracing & DLSS ; Low SSD storage ; Included keyboard and mouse are useless

If you're looking for an inexpensive gateway into the world of PC gaming, you'll get plenty of mileage out of the Lenovo Legion 5i. Just keep the base model’s modest specs in consideration as the GTX 1660 Super lacks more modern GPU standards like ray...

Lenovo Legion Tower 5i review: Don't let the lower-end specs fool you

Our Legion 5i (26L) gaming desktop review looks at a system that includes an Intel Core i5 CPU, an Nvidia RTX 3060 video card, 16GB RAM, three ARGB fans, and more.

Appealing PC case ; Latest Intel CPU ; RTX 3060 ; ARGB lighting ; Affordable price

Locked BIOS ; Stock cooler for lower end model ; Incorrect RAM clock speeds

Is the Lenovo Legion 5i gaming desktop worth buying? Absolutely. Despite the minor flaws I came across, those wanting to purchase their first PC or upgrade to something more recent could benefit from Lenovo’s newest Legion 5i gaming PC. As we found out...

Lenovo's Legion Tower 5i is an attractive, budget-friendly alternative to the stodgy competition.

Review: Lenovo's Legion Tower 5i (Gen 6) might be your next gaming PC

The Legion Tower 5i is now in its sixth generation, with updated performance hardware and some design changes. Is this your next gaming PC? We take it all apart to see what it's made of.

Runs quiet under full load ; Excellent airflow, plenty of fans ; Non-proprietary motherboard setup means easier future upgrades ; Competitive price ; Less plastic and acrylic than previous models

Limited I/O ; Single-channel RAM is underwhelming ; OEM GPU is nothing special ; System RGB lighting seems to do its own thing ; Could become a dust trap

Bottom line: The Legion Tower 5i (Gen 6) is a pre-built gaming PC that should suit casual gamers. It cuts a bunch of corners — namely with the motherboard, RAM, and CPU cooling — but it performs well at 1080p and runs quietly under full load. As long...

LENOVO Legion Tower 5i Gaming PC - Intel® Core™ i7, RTX 2070 Super, 512 GB SSD

Able to run all top level games on high or ultra with no issues (MSF2020, Cyberpunk, GTA). Not only that but the PC is really quiet and hardly ever hear the fans having to work hard to keep it from overheating. RGB lights on the interior of the case...

Small SSD - for the price they probably could’ve thrown in an extra terabyte. But you can get a really high quality SSD very cheap - especially in the sales. My SSD came with a free copy of Assassins Creed Valhalla, so I’m not complaining!
