Fujitsu LifeBook SH771 laptop

A 13.3in laptop that's thin and light, yet equipped with a DVD burner and a full-voltage Intel Core i5 CPU

Design ; Thin and light ; Keyboard

Touchpad ; Glossy screen ; Keyboard not backlit

The SH771 is worth checking out if you're looking for something with more features than an Ultrabook, but with a similar form factor. It's well built and looks good and it doesn't make many compromises when it comes to connectivity and specifications....

Fujitsu LifeBook TH550 tablet

Fujitsu LifeBook TH550 tablet review: A tablet-convertible laptop with an Intel Core i3 CPU

Decent performance for a small tablet-convertible laptop, the supplied pen or your finger can be used on the touchscreen, bi-directional hinge, HDMI

Screen's side angles aren't great, only two USB 2.0 ports, keyboard feels too cramped

The Fujitsu LifeBook TH550 is a tablet convertible laptop that's small yet versatile. It has an Intel Core i3 CPU in it, which means it's not too much of a slouch (it will depend on the types of tasks you're running), and its screen works with both...

Fujitsu LifeBook SH530 notebook

Fujitsu LifeBook SH530 review: A stylish 13.3in notebook with good features

Feels solidly built, looks good, built-in DVD burner, ExpressCard/34 slot

Only 2GB RAM, too glossy, slightly sluggish performance, keyboard layout could be better, a little pricey, relatively short battery life

The Fujitsu LifeBook SH530 is a good 13in, Intel Core i5-based notebook overall -- but a less glossy design, a better keyboard layout and 4GB of RAM would make it a great notebook. We like the portability of the SH530, as well as the way it looks, and...

Very Satisifed

I use this on (and off) the road with mapping software. Bluetooth links to the DeLorme gps just fine and both Street Atlas and Topo run fine. I purchased a refirbished car charger to keep the little fella juiced up. Wish it would take a SSD since the...

Hi resolution screen

Track pad is a little jumpy

Not so great

I'm a professional network engineer. If it weren't for some small details on this machine, it would really be a marvel. With an SSD and an 8GB memory kit, it screams despite it's single core. Too bad,

Nice, well put together. Seemingly solid construction. Extremely compact form factor

Turns on randomly in computer cases. Hibernate/Lid settings have no effect. It got so hot one time that it smoked my aftermarket SSD drive. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Dissapointed

Picked up netbook for travel abroad - big enough to do paperwork, strong enough to do basic video editing, portable enough for extended travel. My biggest issue is that the bezel on right side of screen is loose and pops out of place easily. I've...

Win 7 Pro 64bit ; HDMI ; Plays Hulu and my HD movies from camcorder ; Big, bright, and clear screen ; Much faster and more capable than my old Atom 270 netbook

Build Quality ; Bloatware ; Why do companies keep putting the speakers on the bottom

Seems Good

The frame around the screen is not connected well. I've popped the black plastic LCD bezel off on the right hand side twice now while opening the computer. Closer inspection shows that the bezel edge is not flush with the cover edge, and has left a...

Windows 7 Pro 64-bit ; HDMI out, bluetooth ; Mostly good build quality ; Big, bright, and clear screen ; Hulu works, my videos work ; Battery Life decent, though there seems to be no replacement/extra batteries available

Bloatware city ; Cover is a fingerprint magnet ; Bad bezel - (see thoughts) ; Video and other drivers were outdated even though the (apparently useless) preinstalled Fujitsu driver update manager said all my drivers were up to date. It and the other 4...

Great, but....

Great little traveling computer. I think a dual core processor would make a lot of difference though. I would probably go that route if I had to purchase a netbook again. Also, even with the on board graphics utilizing the system memory 8GB is a little...

Works great. I installed 8GB of RAM in it immediately, just as a precautionary measure. I'm able to play WoW at minimal settings, but the game is playable if you're looking for something to give you the ability without toting a desktop replacement around

I tried installing a SSD immediately as well as the RAM, this did not go as well. I learned the bios does not support a SSD as a boot drive. I proceeded to contact Fujitsu, their customer service was great and very responsive, however they said no bios...
