Good all round laptop.

No bad features about it.

Absolutely love the design, turns on very quick, easy set up, overall I do believe it is a good piece of equipment.

It can be a bit slow at times & always sounds like it's loading something.

Performance is slower than expected and it is a little noisy

The size is great, can even fit in my handbag. It’s a standard HP laptop.

I had to call the help desk as the laptop was showing a blank screen on loading, it was updated with the latest windows after 4 days after purchasing it. It isn’t the fastest laptop, you get what you pay for I guess.

It works fine for me as I only use it as a backup for my photographs whilst away from home on a shoot , just incase my camera cards get damaged or lost.

only one I would comment on is the lack of an optical drive for the price it could have been included.
