You sure get a lot of hardware in this machine.
Solid ; Decent value
Jack of all trades but master of none
Overall, the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro’s design seems like a compromise—perhaps a little too much so. It basically does everything well, but doesn’t truly excel at any one thing. The end result is that this laptop fails to stand out as the 15-incher to...

Samsung's Notebook 9 Pro can replace a desktop, but its hardware lags behind competitors
Samsung’s Notebook 9 Pro is comforting. Its formal, elegant design, pleasing keyboard, and strong processor make for a system that’s immediately likable, and one that crosses genres. The system is as at home on your couch as in the boardroom, and it...

The best 2-in-1 laptop we've seen this year
Uses S-Pen to great effect ; Long battery life ; Excellent look and feel ; Fast charging
Inconsistent battery life ; Downward-firing speakers
Worthy of our Editor’s Choice Award, the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro is an economically-configured, stylish all-metal laptop sporting the company’s latest touchscreen and stylus technology to great effect.

Samsung's Notebook 9 Pro offers a little bit of everything, including a discrete Radeon RX 540 GPU, an integrated S-Pen, and impressively long battery life.
S-Pen support lets you write and draw with ease ; Long battery life ; Good performance
Speaker volume is weak
Samsung’s Notebook 9 Pro does a very good job of balancing performance and features with battery life. It’s the kind of laptop a mainstream user can get without feeling they’ve compromised much. The discrete GPU, while modest, gives it a notable boost...

The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro has a nice price compared with competitors, but a 15-inch 2-in-1 with a multimode hinge isn't as easy to grasp as smaller alternatives.
Avis d'expert par : Stefan Etienne (theverge.com)
The S Pen doesn't make this laptop great, but it doesn't get in the way, either
Bright, crisp display despite being just 1080p ; Great specs for the price ; Microsoft Precision touchpad is a sight for sore eyes ; The S Pen!
Some of Samsung’s software tricks work… some don’t ; Aesthetically lackluster ; Weird power button placement ; Only average battery life
The added utility of a pen in a laptop doesn’t make using it worlds better, but in the case of the Notebook 9 Pro, it doesn’t take away from it either.
Avis d'expert par : Dan Ackerman (cnet.com)
The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro packs in a ton of features, including a 360-degree hinge, stylus and graphics card.
A great set of features for a reasonable price. The included stylus fits into a handy custom slot on the body, and its basic graphics card can handle light gaming.
It's heavier than many other 15-inch laptops, the body can get hot and the power button is awkwardly placed. Battery life and audio are both underwhelming.
The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro has a few design quirks, but is packed with features for a surprisingly modest price.

Samsung's S Pen is graduating from the Galaxy Note to its own 360-degree convertible touchscreen laptop.
Avis d'expert par : Gordon Mah Ung (pcworld.com)
Even with its design quirks, this big work notebook is impressive: It packs in a 4K touchscreen display, quad-core CPU, and discrete GPU for just $1,500.
Vivid 4K screen and touch screen ; Reasonably priced ; Relatively thin for its size
CPU and GPU performance lags against competitors ; USB-C port uses Thunderbolt 3 controller, but does not offer Thunderbolt 3 support ; Battery just not big enough to run all this hardware for that long
As mentioned earlier, the one area where Samsung prevails is price. A base Dell XPS 15 with 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD will set you back $1,500. For the same amount, the Notebook 9 Pro gives you a 4K panel and touch capabilities. To get the same kind...

Sleek design; Handy S-Pen; Solid performance; Cheaper than competition ; Lots of bloatware; Battery life could be better ; The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro is a sleek, powerful 15-inch laptop with the best built-in stylus on the market, but we wish it lasted...
Lots of bloatware; Battery life could be better ; The Samsung Notebook 9 Pro is a sleek, powerful 15-inch laptop with the best built-in stylus on the market, but we wish it lasted longer on a charge.
