Nice upgrade for me

Really happy with this. Replaced an old Panasonic I loved but which, even with new batteries, only gave me 3h of talk time before it started beeping. On the Uniden, I haven't discovered the low battery point yet. It is supposed to give you 10h of talk...

Long battery life ; Mute on each handset

Display is pretty but could have brighter schemes

Clear handset and expandability

all handsets have had a chronic problem with loosing connection with the base. you will be in the middle of a conversation the link between the hand set and the base will go dead - the handset display will read "Lost connection with base" 'Searching

exactly what i wanted

good value for the money, i am very very happy with the performance! range is great and everything heard over the phone is clear as a bell from any reasonable distance

very easy to use and comfortable. ringtone selections are a plus , you can even change the backgrounds on the phone LCD as well. intercom also work very well and is very nice to have

Mine just a bad apple?

While looking for replacement phones I happened to spot this model still being offered. I just had to warn others of my experience.

Stylish. Large easy to read display

From the day I purchased this phone all handsets have had a chronic problem with loosing connection with the base. In the middle of a conversation the link will go dead and the handset display will read "Lost connection with base... Searching..."....

Very good

I bought these from another retailer because the "egg" only had the three phone setup and the retailer had the 4phone setup with extra phones in stock so I could expand to 6 right away.

This phone system is full of features,very customizable from back light colors to wallpapers ringtones etc.you can lable each phone with a banner(mine are labeled for the kids,kitchen and living room)Intercom feature,call transfer,large phone book,...

Remote phone bases are very light and can be prone to tipping.I added some stick on weights with felt(to protect furniture)to make then more stable

Bad Phone

I bought this phone combo about 2 years ago, the battery life on this phone is horrible. After two years, I get about 30-45 minutes out of a full charge. Needless to say, I am shopping for a new phone again. Do not recommend at all.
