I thought I would use the headset - and haven't. I just haven't taken the time to re - read again, the instructions. This is not an intuitive phone system.

I have always used a phone with a headset, but with a phone clipped to the waist and the cord for the headset I was always dropping phones. With this phone all I need it the earpiece. I do need to use the head band because it doesn't stay in my ear...
