Kyocera DuraPro (U.S. Cellular) review

As U.S. Cellular's only rugged device, the Kyocera DuraPro meets military standards for shock, dust, and water resistance. And while it excels at being tough, don't expect to find any high-tech specs in this feature handset: it has only a 3.2-megapixel...

The Kyocera DuraPro 's camera takes decent photos, it has great call quality, and its rugged construction can withstand a beating.

The DuraPro is hefty, its hot key can't turn on the flash, and both its data and processing speeds are slow.

U.S. Cellular's Kyocera DuraPro has both the brawn and the reliable call performance that make it a good choice for users looking for a rugged feature phone.

good resistance, large buttons, clear display

An excellent phone for work, but still developmentally behind compared to other brands on the market. Today, it is not new, but old phone model dressed in a new coat.

business use, powerful, protected display, daily functions

material - plastic, rugged, small screen, poor camera

Direct Connet WORST system ever! Aganizingly slow!

I would not recommend this phone to any one or any business, could just be Sprint network but our operation is less efficient because of the phones/system. We want Nextel back!

Seem to be built very tough, 150 phones have yet to break in 6 months

Direct Conncet!!! Cannot stress enough, worst system ever Phones operate very slow Do not hold charge for more than 7 hours DC button extemely touchy/fragile
