The Motorola Adventure V750 is an excellent all-around choice for voice-centric Verizon users.

Awe-inspiring speakerphone. Comfortable keypad. Clear screen. Good battery life. Compatible with Rhapsody.

WAP-only Web browsing. Not nearly as tough as advertised.

Motorola Adventure V750 (Verizon Wireless) review

 

Despite the naysayers who have predicted the company's demise, Motorola's recent cell phone releases have won high marks. Its inventive Rokr E8 stands as one of the better music phones on the market, its Q9c is a quality smartphone, and its Z9 and W755...

The Motorola V750 has a well-crafted design with easy-to-use controls. Its features set includes push-to-talk capability and support for Verizon Wireless' EV-DO Rev. A network. Call and music quality were excellent.

The Motorola V750's speakerphone and push-to-talk call quality could be improved. Also, photo and streaming video quality were average.

Though its performance didn't hit the highest marks, the Motorola V750 offers a great design and a functional feature set.

"If this phone was military approved then it was approved by someperson behind a DESK. I work For a Cable company and we were forced to use these phones and about 1/2 of them are cracked or have water damage."

Not capable to read text messages on the front screen (Verizon UI issue)

All in all, the Motorola Adventure is a great phone. I recommend this to everybody who needs a sturdy phone with great reception.
