Really great phone, user friendly and with almost all the features of the more upmarket Blackberry models

battery life is alright, sometimes seem to get through the battery more quickly than expected but overall its okay

qwerty and touch screen

buttons against the white when lit up you are unable to see the red numbered keys clearly

what more to say very esy to use and looks well

battery life could be better only a minor thing

easy to use, camera & video alot better than last phone

take's while to find your way round the apps, some difficulty in removing files from screen

not easy to text - letters to small and cant see numbers when it gets dark cause backlite and numbers not strong enough
