Had this little more than a week . Very easy to set up and am absolutely satisfied with both picture and sound quality, although wish the volume could be tweeked to make it a little louder (unfortunately I do have poor hearing).

MAde a couple of phone calls and a call at the shop. All politely dealt with and with correct information.Purchae itself was handled well.

Apart from pvr!! Great TV, every feature you could need if you needed a back up TV... Maybe for the bedroom or spare room. I got this for my daughter and am so impressed.
