Excellent picture quality for such a dinky camera. The video mode is incredible. It can record up to 4GB uninterrupted video. The audio quality is great also. The 3.7 optical zoom is a perfect balance between lens speed and zoom for this tiny camera....

You can change or record the startup sound and you can record just plain audio without video but this is hidden in the menu in the view pics & vids mode ; Camera normally says I can take 9999 pictures or 999min 99sec of video because of my huge sdhc card
