Attachments it comes with are not great, basically three versions of pretty much the same thing. There is only one hand tool and you can't seem to buy other hand tools to go with it.

It's quite heavy when you have to do stairs because you have to carry/hold it in one hand and use the the other hand to clean. Our stairs are narrow and so the vacuum cleaner cannot rest on a stair.
