Short cord so you can't reach anything, feels flimsy and had to swap head from my old hoover as the new one wouldn't pick anything up properly - very poor from a brand I previously liked.

The extra flexible main hose leaks air, noisily, at the junction with the handle. This has made that hose totally unusable. Quite a noisy machine!

Messy to empty, needs to be done inside a bin bag to fully empty. If you just open and hope it falls out then you'll still be left with 50% in there. Had to take apart and remove filter and physically pull out chunks of waste. Tough to actually change...

The turbo tool is good as have a dog! & I like the light weight of it easy to carry.

Suction is brilliant, leaves no hair unturned on the carpet.

Had to buy a universal laege turbo brush, as found the iriginal was hard to operate on a very low pile carpet..... (wouldn't budge.)

The filter gets clogged up very quickly so needs emptying very frequently , the pipe's are very flimsy , it sucks so hard on carpets that you can't hoover forwards , you have to pull backwards or open the air hole fully . doesn't hoover hair and fluff...
