Bad

 

I was looking for a healthy cleaning method and thought steam would be OK. Chose TR7 with the additional dry vacuum cleaner. The floor tiles come up very well and I'm happy with that. I like the control over the steam and that you can vacuum it up...

There are many things I dislike. The unit is very heavy and, although I purchased the trolley it's still really difficult to lug around in my house which is not open plan. The trolley handle is at the back so each time I want to move it I have to go...

Still not happy

 

As the machine was out of warranty we paid for the repairs and I took up with him the problem of the steam escaping from the handle area through a fracture that occurs in a very short time and that we had had 3 new hoses under warranty and that I had...

Nothing it is a cheap and nasty machine masquerading as a quality one don't be fooled

Everything and even the repair agent cant be honest about it.

I would recommend it to a friend if there is an agent in Singapore. The old one has disappeared and now I cannot get my faulty steam/vacuum hose with handle replaced as the blue button sometimes does work properly. Anyone who knows where I can get a...

TR7 is efficient, thorough and easy to use.

It is a little heavy but can get used to it.
