Failed after second time use

 

just got this mope three weeks ago, first time use it was working well. After using it i followed the manual how to store the mop after use, and today when i want to use it the mop failed to heat up, and produce steam. For something that you bought on...

I got this December 2013. It worked as expected. No leaking lots of steam no complaints. Then by July 2014 it wasn't heating up so I left it. Went back yesterday still not working. I need some customer support Kogan. I have bought great stuff from your...

It doesn't seem to do anything!

 

I have tried to use this steam mop twice and both times it has been a huge fail... This time it cleaned about two square meters of space and then just stopped working. Have followed all the instructions in the manual & checked the water level but...

The idea of having a steam mop that is easier to use than a regular mop

Does not seem to do what it was made to do i.e. produce steam, clean floors.

I have this steam mop and I really like it. Mine does not leave a great amount of water on the floor, the full tank does quiet a good sized area. Yes, The cloth cover does come off sometimes, but not always.I also like it on the carpet, it really...

The cost. it is easy to use and does an adequate job

The cloth cvers do come off, sometimes. and the handle occassionally folds when you put too much pressure on the mop

Useless

 

Don't buy. This machine leaves the floor very wet and streaky. The floor looks worse after using the cleaner. You have to use towels to mop up residue water. It does not clean grouting at all. Microfibre cloth continuously falls off. Water tank only...

Nothing

Water residue. Cloth falls off. Water tank doesn't last very long at all.

Confused!!

 

I haven't used my mop yet... I don't know what the blue frame is for ,or how to get it to stay on... I just know the cleaning pads are going to fall off... Thank's for the head's up about the cord...I am still deciding whether to send it back or not!!!

For the cost

 

For the money you pay for this steam cleaner, it is worth it it leaves some water but over cleans well and dries in under 5 min... I would say for the average one income family this would be ideal..my tiles look great after using it they are like bran...

Better than using a mop easy to use, cheap afordable and cleans tiled floors well

almost perfect... but not quite

 

I have the Kogan 1500W foldable steam mop. Do I prefer it to using any other type of wet/sponge/microfibre mop? Absolutely! I use it frequently as it's so easy to just fill up, turn on, and start mopping - instead of filling buckets, using detergent,...

Transparent water reservoir is easy to fill. Cleans floors beautifully!

power cord a bit short and trails on the floor close to mop head. cleaning pads have a tendency to fall off.
