Very good machine much better than my last one and was double the price so very happy with the rug doctor and very easy to use

Handle is abit flimsy but apart from that can't fault it at all

FAB at good deep clean - I pushed it along quite slowly to get as good a clean as possible as I share my home with dogs and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

Everything about the rugdoctor is 100% the cleaning is very good iv had a few carpet cleaners but my new pro 3 is the best

the only thing I find a bit annoying is when you take the dirtey water tank off it tends to tip over but that's only if the Handel is not upright
