We have had this just over a year but now when we want to hoover hard floors it doesnt matter whether the selector is on hard floors or carpet the power is the same. The brush lights are on and the brush spins. So now we can only use it on carpets

Cannot fault this vacuum cleaner. Its as good if not better than my Dyson and as I bought it in the sale for a bargain price I am very happy. Excellent and I would recommend this especially at sale prices.
