I wish their tech dept would take a few hours and do their own investigation about their digital photo frames and provide some decent support information.

The frame doesn't work with Jump Drives that have U3 on it. You'll need to remove the U3 software if you intend to use one that has U3. This is also my second frame. I had to RMA the first one after the display went on the fritz. This one has a stuck...

This is really great. I got it for my mom for Christmas and she really likes it. Now, she can see all those other pictures without have so many picture frames. It makes things look so much more neater.
