Price.

The coffee it brews is pretty weak/watered down. It constantly complains to add more water even when near full (all Keurigs do)

Vue cups are hard to find, only lasted one year. the pump stopped working. most coffee brewers last a lifetime not this one.

Beautiful machine

Vue cups are hard to find and more expensive than the regular K cups. The machine quit working after 2 months of lite use. I have to send back to Keurig and hopefully they will repair it under warranty

Was nice while it worked

Purchased on 4/15/2015, died on 12/27/2014. So $69.95 for a little over 8 months of use. I would say that since the cups sold for this are few and far between to avoid this brewer completely. I did not know that when I ordered
