Bought this as a present, the recipient (my mother) was more than happy with this product... and so are myself and my girlfriend whenever we visit, as the recipient keeps us supplied with coffees, and they taste great. This product is excellent value...

Slightly plasticy look and would probably look better in stainless steal for example, but that would cost you an extra £100+ purely for the the style!

I think it would be better to have the On/Off switch at the front as I have been known to leave it on. I bought an extra one when Tesco had them at half price to have when my current one breaks down. Apart from that it's great!

Simple relatively low cost system - looks neat and Lavazza is great coffee. I chose this mostly because of the lavazza coffee more than anything.

The bayonette fitting on the pod holder is a pain at times. Sometimes it slots up and bayonettes in easily other times it takes a while to get it to slot in. Tried a little olive oil to lubricate the matt black plastic bayonette, but does not help...
