Easy to use with user friendly manual. One has to experiment a bit and a knowledge of computer logic and previous camcorder experience useful but no real problems. Versatility provided by HDD, DVD and stills very useful but stills quality not as good...

None really as far as I can judge so far. With hindsight a flash facility (I have the one without) would have been useful but not vital.
