The Samsung WEP470 is a simple, comfortable, and affordable Bluetooth headset. It has a dedicated power switch, and pretty good noise and echo cancellation.

The Samsung WEP470 has an uninteresting design and requires an ear hook for stability. We also would have liked additional ear bud covers.

For the price, the Samsung WEP470 is a decent headset for everyday use.

Attractive design. Plethora of spare parts. $1.99 after rebate. Easy to setup, but all BT devices are... Can't complain about the voice quality when it works

There has been study after study on ergonomic design for these devices and Samsung engineers ignored every one of them. Crystal earhook so poorly designed that it wont hook to your ear at all, forget comfort, it wont wrap around your ear PERIOD....

Good budget headset

 

I use this in a noisy environment with a lot of motion, wind and loud engines. In relatively quit places this works great. If you are going to be exposed to loud engine noises or a lot wind, you might want to look for a different headset.

I have to start by saying that I don't usually fill out reviews on products. However, this Bluetooth is worth commenting on. I am finally impressed with the sound quality and ease of use, not to mention the crazy bargain after rebate! I literally took...

It was cheap after the rebate. I hope i get the rebate back soon and I dont have to wait the usual 2 or 3 months.

No micro-USB charging port. It seems to work ok, although the audio isn't the greatest, although the person can hear me ok, they say i sound like i'm on speakerphone

Better than many

 

I was sitting in an airport and there was a woman who just couldn't get her "other name brand" ear piece to pair with her phone. She asked about mine and I said it just works.

Crystal clear sound. Easily pairs to at three different phones I've owned. Long battery life. So lite I've walked around the house looking for it while its been in my ear the whole time

Four months ago the little plastic over the ear piece broke. It does get abused. It's not indestructible. Samsung had a replacement one for $3. Ordered the replacement and I was good to go
