Perfect for small family/personal batches. Easy to clean, store. I surrounded the fryer with absorbent material as there is some spatter and will purchase a small splatter screen.

This frydaddy is well worth the price and works perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better more convenient way to deep fry my food. Less mess to clean up and very easy to use.

It's simple to use and everything comes out perfectly. Add oil to the indicator line, plug it in, wait for the oil to heat and start frying. It's quick and it's simple. Love this product and I've given this as a gift to quite a few people.

This deep fryer is exactly what I was looking for; large enough for two people to prepare appetizers. The only thing I wish it had was a temperature gauge.
