Worst Rice cooker

 

This is the worst rice cooker I ever bought. I buy items from newegg.com but I have never disappointed like this. Sensor is not working therefore the rice chars at the bottom. We cannot know whether the rice is cooked or not because of failed sensor....

Not durable

 

Stainless steel inner pot is good, though it can be tough to clean.

We used it about 2-3 times a month, after 2 years and it suddenly stopped working. Compared to my last rice cooker (japanese brand), that lasted me 7 years and still going strong...

There's so many intelligent engineering features in this rice cooker and I now see it has been discontinued... I bet it is because you cannot remove the top to clean properly. I can only wipe it down with a paper towel, but cannot detach it from the...

Love the SS rice pot. Warm function works fine. Cooks both white and brown rice as well as quinoa and other grains fine

Top is not removable to clean. If you don't clean the top, mold will develop

Love the SS rice pot. Warm function works fine. Cooks both white and brown rice as well as quinoa and other grains fine.

worst rice cooker

 

smoke came out, rice burnt and inner pot all black. since it was after 30 days, I have to pay for shipping to Tatung in order for them to fix it. Such a waste of my time. Never had rice cooker that has this short life. Wost product ever, will not buy...

Just because it has the stainless steel inner pot

auto shut off button does not work after using it for the 10th times.
